Playing pickleball gives me a natural high! I always walk off the court in a jovial mood. Sari and Rebecca have truly created a “public service” and a warm, welcoming community. I have made so many delightful friends. Every instructor is remarkable; with his or her own unique style. I particularly enjoy Play with Pro. I learn something new each session. Hoping to put it all together! I just turned 70; pickleball keeps me feeling youthful. I’m thrilled to be part of the Pickleball Palace family.
Court Reserve is live for program registrations and court rentals.
DROP-IN/COURT RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and “no shows” for drop-ins/court rentals within the 48 hour period prior to the scheduled start time will be responsible for payment.
MAKE-UP POLICY FOR SESSIONS
One make-up will be accommodated during a session FOR INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS ONLY if you provide notice of an absence at least 72 hours prior to your absence. A no-show to a make-up will be considered a used make-up. Unused make-ups cannot be carried over to another session. Make-ups are non-transferable. There are no make-ups for missed league. In the event of inclement weather, or an issue with the courts, we reserve the right to move the program indoors, or reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds cannot be issued for sessions that are held. If you have an injury that forces you to discontinue your program, we will hold the credit until you can resume, or if a doctor’s note is provided we can refund you for the remaining sessions.
